I have four small children of my own, and two additional children regularly ride in my car. That doesn't count the friends of my children that ride in my car regularly. Please don't judge me, but this is what my car looks like.

Which is why I desperately wanted to get in on the Parent Bloggers review of Blink Products. I try really hard to keep my car clean. I have tried keeping cleaning products in my car, but it just doesn't work out well. It just isn't practical to keep a bottle of windex and a roll of paper towels in my car. I know this because I tried. The paper towels ended up squished and dirty, and the windex spilled all over the already filthy floor. I wish I was kidding about this. The spill grabbers are so much better than a paper towel anyway. We tested it out with some water that spilled and it soaked it right up. These products are adorable and cute and fit perfectly in the door of my car.

They also make my kids want to clean. My daughter literally begged me to let her use the adorable window cleaner. It has tiny towels right inside the package and the spray doesn't spill! I think she has used it at least 5 times since I received it! Her best friend saw us using the products and asked if she could borrow the mess lifters because she was cleaning her mom's car as a surprise for her birthday. My 9 year old daughter and her best friend cleaned crayon off the seat with these wipes. They had previously tried to get it off with no luck. When the mom was shown the surprise, she begged me for the rest of the package. I declined. They are mine, and she can not have them! (I did however tell her that she could go to their website and see where to get her own.)

This is my 9 year old using the smudge cleaner. The only thing we might change is how small the wipes are, but otherwise they are exactly perfect just how they are.

Here is me in my nice clean car. The true test is that although I cleaned my car last week, it is still clean. The garbage bags hang so nicely on the holder and actually make my kids want to use it. This has been my biggest problem in the past when trying to keep my car clean. It is much easier to toss things on the floor than to reach for the garbage! I plan to buy more of the trash tossers and hang them on every seat. Seriously. If it makes my kids want to use it, then you know it is good. The tidy totes are my favorite product because they just have so many uses. I am currently using one to hold all the snacks for the car, one to contain all my sons emergency nebulizer stuff and have the other ones in the package to use to carry things in to the house. These products are definitely someting a busy mom/dad needs in their car. What a great idea!

You know this is one of those things like the woman that gets roses in your wife's office. It makes everyone else look bad for not doing it. Now I have to go face my crushed juicebox and crackermobile...thanks alot. Hmmph.
LOL -- I sympathize with you there... I obsess about a clean car, unfortunately my 4 -year old doesn't.
As to Windex and papertowels..
...are you aware they make Windex Wipes? The come in those baby wipe despenser thingys....thought maybe I could help on that front!
Looks like leather seats too? I swear by them for cleanup of coffee or chocolate milk, lol.
I'm afraid to look under my seats...french fries anyone?
Loved this post! My car has often been my biggest embarassment. I got a new van in November and have been more careful but it still gets dirty. Recently I vacuumed it out and was determined it stay clean I found myself vacumming it everyday when I got home for two days and then I got over it, LOL! My twins are terrible, they throw all their crumbs and mess all over! I am very interested in reading about the car cleaning products, and thanks for being real! We need more real people out there.
I WANT some! But the site doesn't have a store locator.....I'll just have to keep my eyes peeled!
Ya know, my hard drive crashed and I lost everything! You need to send me your address again so I can pop something in the mail to you!
I wish you had posted a larger photo of yourself-my old lady eyes can't see photos that small very well! Your hair seems to be a lot lighter and redder than your profile photo, yes?
I just joined PBN and I can't wait to start trying stuff!
Now that my kids are past the really bad messy stage it's not as much of an issue. However, that stuff sounds great! I'm going to have to look it up for myself.
Great ad! They should pay you. :o)
wow - that really sounds too good to be true! I have to get some of those. We just got a van and the kids have already trashed it. We don't need to talk about how trashed the wagon was before it perished.
thanks for making me feel like I'm not alone. The amount of trash I have to take out of the car is absurd.
Now, that is a product that all parents need. But does it remove stepped-on animal crackers from the carpet? Off to detail my car!!
Carrie
I know how you feel - my car is always a mess. It never looks clean and tidy and quite often I'm embarrassed by it. I'm going to have to try that out...
now that my kids are a little older it is easier to keep a clean car, but i definitly remember when it looked just like yours did! thanks for the tip on the products!
do you think that stuff can handle beagle pee? what about beagle fur on upholstered seats? my poor car (the first new car i have ever owned) is being destroyed by my dogs...
I just saw 2 - count them, 2! - commercials for these today!
Nice blog! Well, I can relate to your story.. Sometimes my car is such a mess.. I can't avoid it, especially when traveling with my kids. But as much as possible I really want my car clean and smells good. That's why I regularly wash it from top to bottom. I also vacuum the carpets and see to it that it is clean. I recently went to the shop to have my new mazda bug shield installed to keep my car away from harmful elements and dirt.
